For nearly forty years, Hilltown Tents has provided the Pioneer Valley and our surrounding areas with the highest quality tents and event rental items. As a family owned and operated business, we take pride in having worked with hundreds of local folks over the past few decades and look forward to your business for years to come!

Not only do we facilitate intimate residential events, we also have a long history of commercial experience with area schools and businesses such as Yankee Candle Co., Deerfield Academy, Amherst College, UMass Amherst, The Farm Table, Champney's Restaurant, and many more!

While the majority of our business is through word of mouth, we also want to provide you with information online to help with all of your event planning needs. NEW LOOK, SAME FACES

Beginning in 2025, longtime employees Reuben Bassett and Shawn Davenport have assumed ownership of Hilltown Tents. Bassett and Davenport, with a combined 13 years of rental and event experience, were already responsible for our day-to-day field operations and will now usher in a new era at Hilltown Tents. A pair of meticulous and determined local businessmen, Bassett and Davenport will make sure your event goes off without a hitch, maintaining the high Hilltown Tents standard set over the last four decades.
